The Bradford and District VW club is a family orientated club which welcomes owners and enthusiasts of all types of VWs. Established for well over 20 years, we welcome air-cooled and water-cooled VWs, custom and original, in all states of disrepair.
Our meetings are held on the last Sunday of every month at the JEM Speed Shop in Batley https://www.jemspeedshop.co.uk/. Meetings usually start around 6pm for those who want food, and around 7pm for those who just want to pop in for a drink and a chat. All are welcome to our club nights, including families. In the summer months the meet may include a cruise within the local area.
Throughout the year, the club attends many of the popular VW shows both locally and nationally. There is a club presence at many of these shows, with members displaying their many and varied vehicles. As well as visiting the shows, the club enjoys camping weekends and VW cruises.
A number of our members are currently restoring their own vehicles and have a wealth of knowledge which they are willing to share.
